Cartagena Diaries captures a more intimate side of a film project involving the legendary Bel Ami and Corbin Fisher studios in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Photographer Björn Koll documented the production from behind the scenes, focusing less on what happened in front of the camera and more on the private moments in between takes.
Bathed in Caribbean light, the resulting images feel spontaneous, sensual, and close. Each photograph catches a fleeting moment of ease, desire, and connection, giving this calendar the feel of a visual diary rather than a traditional studio shoot.
