You can still place your order and select FedEx for your delivery if you prefer to avoid using Canada Post. Otherwise, your order will be shipped with Canada Post, unless we have reasons to believe using FedEx will be more efficient.
We will not ask for signature for the FedEx shipments to avoid your package to be diverted to a distribution center. In some areas, these centers are remote and not convenient.
You can always use the in-store pick up and come visit us to pick up your order. Why not have have a drink or explore the fabulous Montreal Gay Village at the same time!

⚠️ For customers waiting a package shipped with Canada Post: while we had been preparing in case a strike was officially announced, this sudden walkout caught everyone by surprise. Because of that, some parcels were already handed over to Canada Post and are now delayed. Please rest assured that your package is safe and will be delivered as soon as Canada Post resumes operations. This means packages will resume to transit to their destination, but delays are to be expected. 2025-10-17: 95% of packages stucks during the strike have been delivered.
