Return and Exchange Policy
This page explains our policies regarding the return and/or exchange or items purchases online. If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact us.
An item purchased at Priape.com, by phone, mail or fax can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days following reception. Before proceeding, contact our customer service to find out the methods of return and exchange.
Not Refundable and Exchangeable Items
The following items have special rules regarding exchange and return:
- DVDs and Blu-Ray: No refund. In the event of a defect, the product will be replaced by an identical product. The DVD/Blu-Ray can be exchanged for another item if its original plastic wrapping has not been removed.
- Books, photo-books, guides and calendars: No refund unless the item is defective. Those items cannot be exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refund and/or exchange on the following products because of hygienic reasons:
- Underwear: No refund and no exchange unless the item is defective.
- Latex and Neoprene clothing and accessories: No refund and no exchange unless the item is defective.
- Leather sexual accessories (ex: cock rings, collars): No refund and no exchange unless the item is defective.
- Sex toys and BDSM gear: No refund and no exchange unless the item is defective. Even if the packaging has not been opened, we cannot accept returns on sexual toys unless the product is defective.
- Lubes, massage oils, natural products: No exchange and no refund unless the product is defective. We cannot accept returns if an allergic reaction occurs.
There are other products sold at Chez Priape which cannot be returned and/or exchanged for hygienic reasons. Please contact our customer service if you need additional information on a specific items.
If the product is damaged during delivery, re-package the product in its shipping container and return it to the sender with an explanatory note and the invoice. If the container is damaged, refuse the package. It will consequently be returned to Priape.com. There is no refund on delivery fees.
The manufacturer of the product may offer a warranty of varying lengths. It is possible to find out about this warranty in the documentation provided with the product and/or on the packaging. Praipe.com is not liable for the cost of returning a product to its manufacturer.
In the event of an order error on your behalf, you can return the item(s) ordered. You are liable for the return costs. A credit note will be issued upon reception of the products by Priape.com. The products should be in their original packaging, unopened and/or unused. You are also liable for any risks related to the return of the merchandise.
In the event of an order error on our behalf, Priape.com will take the necessary measures to remedy the situation and will be liable for the costs related to the return and/or shipment.
If an item is defective, Priape.com is liable for the return and shipping costs on the condition that the item is return according to the methods provided by our customer service, accompanied by an explanatory note and the invoice. Priape.com will consequently send you back a functional identical product.
For a product to be exchanged, you should send us the product by mail following the methods provided by our customer service, accompanied by an explanatory note and the invoice. Upon reception of the package, Priape.com will send out a replacement product. In the event that the product to be exchanged is no longer available on the market and/or offered by Priape.com, we will provide a product of equivalent or greater value.
Priape.com will issue a refund or credit note on the condition that the products returned are in the same state as when they were delivered and that they be accompanied by an explanatory note and the invoice. The amounts debited, excluding delivery fees, will be credited after reception of the return by Priape.com and within a reasonable time frame.

Please always contact us before returning an order to the store. Please note it will not be possible to exchange, get a refund or a credit in store. Your order will be adjusted and credited and/or refunded within the next 5 business days. Contact us to get additional information to make sure the store will be able to accept your return.
