METHODS OF PAYMENT
All transactions on PRIAPE's web site are secure. We use GeoTrust® encryption key to secure all transactions and communications with our customers.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA-DEBIT (except CIBC*), MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. All transactions are automatically verified and all frauds attemps will be acted upon and all information given to the respected authorities.

* Visa-Debit CIBC cards are not accepted. Please contact the CIBC for details.

The name that will appear on your credit card statement is MAIL ORDER 1-800-461-6969.

INTERAC® ONLINE
The INTERAC Online service is a payment option that allows you to pay for goods and services on the Internet directly from your bank account. It is secure and easy to use. The following banks are accepted: RBC Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, TD Canada Trust and BMO Bank of Montreal. When you will process a INTERAC Online transaction, you will be redirected to the INTERAC Online secure gateway to complete your order. For more details about INTERAC Online, click here.

COD (CANADA ONLY)
Priape also accepts COD (Collect on Delivery) method of payment. Canadian residents can use the C.O.D. payment of Canada  Post. You will then have to pay at your post office. All certified checkc must be done at the name of Canada Post. Please contact your local post office for additional information on payments.

SHIPPING FEES
We use Canada Post for all our shipping. Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the size and weight of the order and by the shipping address You can select the shipping service you prefer in the shopping cart and see the expected delivery date and the cost.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
Chez Priape is proud to offer to its customers the possibility of placing special orders. These orders can be related to products available from our suppliers or on customized/ tailor-made leather.

To place a special order, please contact our customer service by phone at 1-800-461-6969 or by email at service@priape.com. Please provide us with as many details as possible for the order you would like to place. We will then tell you the total cost and the applicable delays.

A deposit of 50% of the amount before taxes is required for any special order. Please note current and future promotions along with special offers will not be applied on these orders.

Our Return & Exchange and Shipping policies are applicable on special orders. Contact us for more details.

DUTY AND LOCAL TAXES
When applicable, custom duty and local taxes are at the customer's expense. Please check with your local authorities. However, please note items made in Canada do not have duty when shipped to the United States. Those items are, for example, Priape Leather and some clothing brands.

FREE SHIPPING
All orders over $100 before taxes shipped in Canada and $200 to the United States get FREE SHIPPING. This offer is NOT applicable on Priority, COD (collect on delivery), on International and U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. Free Shipping is also not applicable on heavy items and/or when specified.

PICK UP IN STORE
If you have chosen the Pick-Up in Store option, a Chez Priape representative will contact you by email or phone when your order will be available to be picked up. Usually, the package will be ready the next Friday if you've placed your order before Thursday at noon.

ORDER FOLLOW UP
We use Canada Post shipping software to track your order. When your order is shipped to you your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you can follow up on your order. All you have to do is to go on Canada Post website and using your tracking number, do a search on their database to know exactly where is your parcel. If the information provided by Canada Post is inaccurate or if you see a problem, do not hesitate to contact us.
